This week, Crain’s launched a new platform–Crain’s Job Connect–to match employers and job candidates by blind-matching online profiles.
How does it work? Employers fill out a profile with the traits they seek and questions tailored to the industry and job category. Job-seekers complete a profile tailored to work they are looking for. Both only see the seven best matches. So far, 6,000 companies are posting and the system has 3,000 active job-seeker profiles- growing by 25 new users each day. The cost to employers is $39 to post a position and for job candidates, it’s free!
